We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with our product. However, please note that we do not offer refunds except for defective products.
We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product. Shipping is not refunded.
The customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. TheSabrArtist will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
